Chef Services › Senior Citizen Sensory Club

Senior Citizen Sensory Club

$77.00

We love our seniors. The most popular activities is sitting around and eating what we just cooked, but we take our services to a beautiful array as large as a rainy day rainbow. And, we’re always open to ideas. This a chef lead service includes, food, non alcoholic drinks, and activities to enjoy along with the physical nourishment.

These enjoyable sensory-rich, low-stress food activities can be planned as small groups or simply for individuals. Examples include making jam and jelly preserves, classic cooking preparation, blind taste tests, interactive grazing boards, heirloom recipe storytelling, making and sometimes decorating baked goods, and tea or coffee tasting. These activities stimulate memories, provide a meaningful sense of purpose, and encourage social connection.

This fee covers most supplies and meets once a month if it is an individual and once a month if it is a group.
